We believe in celebrating food whilst they are in their natural seasons. For Strawberry Season, we decided to pair this nutritious and superb tasting fruit, with our delicious, antioxidant rich Vegan Olive Oil Caviar. A perfect match, made in Nutri-Gastronomy Heaven.
Below is our recipe for Strawberry and Pearls.
Either manually, or with the help of a food processor; blend the blueberries into a chunky puree.
Place a layer of yogurt onto the plate, to form a base; followed by the blueberry puree, and a second layer of yogurt on top.
Next, slice your strawberries into quarters, and arrange over the yogurt and blueberry mix.
As simply as that, you ae now ready to garnish this dish with the wonderful flavours of the ELY SÉIDE Extra Virgin Olive Oil Caviar.
